Winning Wheels is a private, non-profit, 80-bed specialized skilled nursing facility committed to restoring physically disabled, mobility challenged young adults to their fullest achievable potential. Winning Wheels specializes in serving persons with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries and other physical challenges.

S.T.R.I.V.E.

S.T.R.I.V.E., a division of Winning Wheels, is a 16-bed intermediate care facility for individuals who are diagnosed as developmentally disabled due to severe physical disabilities incurred early in life (for example, congenital disorders like Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida). S.T.R.I.V.E. provides rehabilitative treatment and training in self-care skills in a comfortable, homelike environment.

Lyndon Progress Center

Lyndon Progress Center is the nearby site for the Developmental Training and Vocational Training programs. The Developmental Training program is operative on weekdays and enables persons served to acquire adaptive living skills through programming in such areas as consumer education, nutritional planning, interpersonal skills training and care attendant management. The Vocational Training program is coordinated in conjunction with the local community college and provides training in software applications.

Frontier Hollow

Frontier Hollow features modern duplexes specially designed to help physically challenged individuals pursue independent lifestyles. Homemaker services are available to assist persons served with cooking, cleaning, personal care and other service needs. A 24-hour emergency response system is also available.
